MAU is hiring a Project Manager for our client in Parsippany, NJ. As a Project Manager, you will lead the integration of a new tank farm project, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the General Contractor (GC) to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals. This is a 12-month contract position.

Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
General Requirements:
Demonstrated success in project management, particularly within industrial or manufacturing settings
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams
Proven ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience coordinating subcontractors and overseeing complex projects
Bachelor's degree - preferred
Prior experience in industrial construction or process introduction - preferred
Essential Functions:
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with established schedules and budgets
Track progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and successful outcomes
Address project challenges and roadblocks proactively, escalating critical issues to stakeholders for timely resolution
Collaborate with the General Contractor (GC) and subcontractors to mitigate risks and drive efficient project completion
Manage and integrate subcontractor activities related to the installation of machine tool equipment
Ensure subcontractors meet timelines, quality standards, and project specifications
Provide technical guidance leveraging industrial construction or process introduction expertise
Communicate effectively with engineering and operations teams to align technical aspects with project goals
