Job Title: Project Manager I

Type of Engagement: 3-year contract (Not open to 3rd party C2C consultants. Visa sponsorship is not available)

Work Location: Hybrid position in Plainfield, IN

Candidates must reside in the Greater Plainfield, IN area.

MUST HAVE a Utility, Construction Management, or Engineering background/Experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
  • Graduation from a two-year college or university.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles.
  • Working Knowledge to Proficiency in Project Management, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, and Problem Solving; Project related work experience; Risk Management; Project Leadership; Proven Collaborative Team Member.

Big Bonus Points if you Have:

  • Graduation from a four-year college or university.
  • Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMI (PMP or CAPM) Certification; CMII certificates; Professional Engineer License.
  • Working knowledge to proficiency in project-related Scheduling/ Cost Controls.
  • Experience in the utility industry.
  • Knowledge in construction management.

Job Overview:
  • The Project Manager may have relationships with individuals in the many other internal and some external organizations ranging from individual contributors to Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to executive management):
