Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Support loan servicing activities with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
Assist in the preparation and shipping of mortgage-related documents and files.
Perform detailed and complex net reviews of mortgage files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
Escalate non-routine issues and questions to supervisors for resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and meet deadlines.
Maintain thorough and organized documentation to support audit and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
2+ years of Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent, demonstrated through:
Professional work experience
Education or training
Military service
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks accurately.
Proficiency in identifying discrepancies and ensuring compliance in financial or legal documents.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
A commitment to learning and growing within the financial services industry.
Preferred Characteristics
Experience in mortgage processing, shipping, or compliance roles.
