What You'll Do:
  • Manage Mobile Devices: Implement and maintain mobile device management for seamless OS and configuration management.
  • Standardize Machine Images: Create and maintain consistent machine images for easy support and setup.
  • Integrate Systems: Handle integrations between software applications and our single sign-on (SSO) system for streamlined user access.
  • Maintain Networks: Ensure our network performs optimally and securely.
  • Conduct Security Audits: Perform security audits and manage user accounts in SaaS applications.
  • Deploy Equipment: Oversee the deployment of machines and equipment to employees.
  • Manage IT Assets: Keep track of company IT assets, including user assignments and locations.
  • Update Systems: Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain compatibility and security.
  • Support IT Team: Provide escalated support for complex IT issues.
  • Document Everything: Create and maintain documentation for systems, equipment, and security.
  • Handle Building Security: Manage the building security system and issue access fobs.

What You Bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT systems architecture and administration.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of JAMF, Chocolatey, Intune MDM, Entra ID, OS deployment, PowerShell scripting, and SSO system integrations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant technology certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
