Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect with proven expertise in developing and architecting ServiceNow solutions for federal clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across multiple federal projects, providing both top-level development and architectural guidance. This role will involve building and optimizing solutions, managing complex integrations, and ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow across various federal environments. Candidates with experience at both developer and architect levels are encouraged to apply.

Role and Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead developer and architect for ServiceNow solutions across multiple federal projects.
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including complex integrations with third-party systems.
Lead workshops and technical sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop architectural solutions, and manage platform implementations.
Oversee the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure compliance with federal security and regulatory requirements in the design and development of solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers and project team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions across federal projects.
Required Skills:
Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and architecture.
Experience with federal projects, including understanding of federal compliance and security requirements.
Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with various systems and platforms, leveraging APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities, workflow automation, and platform administration.
Hands-on experience with common federal integrations, such as Active Directory, AWS, Splunk, GitLab, Mulesoft, and Red Hat Satellite.
Agile software development experience (e.g., Jira or equivalent).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in government consulting or federal contracts.
Ability to lead technical discussions and build rapport with federal stakeholders.
Strong experience with workflow analysis, design, and optimization.
Familiarity with managing multiple workstreams and projects simultaneously.
Experience with security operations (SecOps) and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) modules.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Six (6) years of relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Certifications:
ServiceNow certification (required).
Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, SecOps, or GRC) are a plus.
