This Robert Half client is seeking a communicatitive Director of Technology, with DEI experience, to join their our team in Fairview, Oregon. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing our software, hardware, infrastructure, ERP systems, and leading a of 12 team to ensure the smooth operation of our technological resources.
Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment • Ensure all technology-related resources are effectively utilized and maintained • Resolve any technology-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations • Monitor and update technology systems and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure • Utilize Microsoft tools and other software to manage tasks and projects efficiently • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operations • Provide leadership and guidance to the technology team, promoting detail-oriented development and growth • Strong understanding of HRIS systems. • Proven experience in team management is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft software suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Previous experience as a Director of Technology or a similar role is required. • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Budgeting and financial management.
