Location: Ogden, UT (must be comfortable working 5 days per week onsite for the first few months, then will move to 2 days remote, 3 days onsite. Flexible working hours.)

Must Have Qualifications:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in something computer related or 1-2 years of Helpdesk/technical support experience
Strong customer service skills
Basic knowledge of PC hardware
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft products
Basic troubleshooting skills
Ability to pick up new things and systems.

Any Mobile Device Management
Any experience with Azure

Day to Day:
A client of Insight Global is building out their onsite helpdesk / desktop support team. Team members will be working emails, answering phone calls, Fresh Service for tickets. They will be doing remote and in-person, hands-on support. Tasks include full-service helpdesk/desktop support - user access, password resets, application support. Need a great attitude and customer services skills - will train you on technical skills. Looking for future employees who want to grow with the company long term.
