Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Administrator located in Charlotte, NC. The Network Administrator will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, system administration, network security, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration, System Administration, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in Network Security and Technical Support
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of IT best practices and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus but not required.
