Insight Global is hiring an IT Field Technician to join our Construction client's team. This person will work to set up the IT environment in about 50 trailers for a construction project site. This will include setting up the work stations, docking stations, hardware, and setting up computers and iPhone. Then, this person will provide 1st tier desktop support using Service Now for about 250 end users at the construction site. This will involve lifting up to 40 pounds, being active to walk to different areas both indoors and outdoors. The right candidate will have strong communication, problem solving skills, and time management.
