In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage complex projects, particularly those related to M&A integrations and business transformation initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless execution, alignment with strategic objectives, and delivery of measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for M&A integrations, including due diligence, planning, execution, and post-merger optimization.
Drive change and transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver desired outcomes.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Coordinate with stakeholders across all levels, including executive leadership, to understand requirements and align deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while addressing project challenges effectively.
Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Track and report on project progress, performance metrics, and key outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading M&A and/or post-merger integration projects.
Demonstrated success in managing change and transformation projects across multiple business units.
Strong understanding of business processes, organizational change, and stakeholder management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master.
