As a Database Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our firm's technology landscape, focusing on the critical iManage Cloud suite. You'll collaborate closely with our DMS Administrator and the broader IT team to ensure seamless operations, innovative solutions, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise:
Administer and monitor iManage applications (Work, SPM, Threat Manager, Tracker, iRM, Closing Folders)
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
Optimize performance and security
Implement updates and upgrades
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs (e.g., metadata, user sync, Workspace Generation)
Leverage automation to streamline processes
Strategic Thinking:
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
Stay current with iManage technologies and industry trends
Client Focus:
Provide exceptional support to our legal professionals
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of iManage Work administration and 2nd-level support experience
Strong understanding of iManage APIs (REST, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
Proficiency in relational databases and TSQL
Experience with iManage Security Policy Manager and Threat Manager
Knowledge of iManage Records Manager, Closing Folders, Tracker, and Flexible Folders is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
