This position requires a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
The role is based in Houston TX.

Preferred Qualifications
FICO lead should have good expert in SAP HANA S4 and must have worked earlier projects in S4 HANA.
Should be able to independently lead the FICO module and drive & participate in business discussions, provide recommendations, solutions in various processes.
Should Lead end-to-end SAP FICO Support projects, including gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring systems, and overseeing testing and deployment.
Must provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Should have worked in Oil and Energy project clients before.
Lead must respond ASAP if any Major/Critical issue and close issue within given SLA.
The Major and core critical areas of FICO are AP, BCM, Time Write, PS, AA, JVA, Real estate(Leasing), Concur, CO, Costing, COPA , BRF+, AFC(MEC) and integration with other modules/third party application with S4. Should have full depth knowledge in above mentioned areas.
Should coordinate/conduct meetings with offshore team India and Australia.
Should be S/4 HANA certified.
The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email and face to face.
