Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend availability as needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional lab-only role-you will actively engage both in the lab and on the production floor to ensure our high-quality standards are met before products are packed and shipped.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform laboratory testing, including titratable salinity, titratable acidity, pH, viscosity, and sensory analyses.
Collaborate closely with plant management and employees to ensure production processes meet quality standards.
Spend time on the production floor, monitoring procedures and identifying potential issues.
Work closely with upper management, Research & Development (R&D), and customers.
Assist in other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or similar).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to split time between the laboratory and production floor.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
