Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze homeowners insurance applications to assess risk and determine coverage eligibility.
Collaborate with agents and clients to gather necessary documentation and provide underwriting decisions.
Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Utilize MS applications to process applications, manage data, and maintain records accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven personal lines underwriting experience.
Valid MA or RI personal lines agent license.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong team orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with underwriting systems and software.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
