A commercial contractor is looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Superintendent with at least one year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will manage projects valued around $3 million.
The Field Superintendent will oversee the field team, verify time cards, review shop drawings, and more
Oversee daily operations on the construction site and manage the short-term schedule
Supervise and motivate the work crew
Coordinate and manage subcontractors
We perform a variety of tasks in-house, including site preparation, footings, foundations, building erection, casework, and door hardware installation, among others.
Ensure adherence to site rules and safety procedures
Efficiently schedule and multitask
Attend progress meetings
Maintain accurate daily records and documentation
