Job Description:

The Telecommunication Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills, along with in-depth knowledge of telecommunication technologies and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, define requirements, and conduct risk assessments.
• Execution: Lead teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Communication: Serve as the main contact for stakeholders, providing updates and reports.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Business.
• 10+ years of telecom project management experience, with knowledge of 5G, Wi-Fi, GPON, xDSL, and other technologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
• In-office and field presence required; no remote work options.
