Requirement & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years' experience in events and production.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and experience in Workfront or similar tools
What will you do?
The Senior Production Specialist supports the Social Media team by consolidating requests and information from partners, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless event coordination. This role covers all aspects of pre- and post-production, ensuring smooth, efficient execution.
Job Functions:
Collaborate with leadership on production schedules.
Gather asset requests and coordinate needs for domestic and international shoots.
Assist with location bookings, permits, food services, and on-set production.
Coordinate shipment of items, create call sheets, and manage vendor paperwork.
Develop event shot lists, upload assets, and support run-of-show plans.
Act as day-of photography and videography liaison for vendors.
