Key Responsibilities:
Post all incoming payments (wires, ACH, checks and credit cards)
Apply payments
Offset credits
Track and resolve outstanding payment issues and generate aging reports
Work closely with the credit team to reconcile customer accounts.
Prepare EFT Draft report and send weekly notices to customers
Typical work schedule from 8:00 to 5:00pm
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma required, Associates degree in business, finance preferred
Attention to detail critical
1 - 2 years experience in cash applications, treasury, accounting
Knowledge of / experience with SAGE highly desired
