PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client, a global manufacturer and development partner for the automotive industry to source and hire a PROJECT ENGINEER for their Shelby, NC facility.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring adherence to codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
Conduct and lead project meetings with internal/external customers to meet timelines and specific requirements.
Perform quality control checks on budgets, schedules, and project plans, providing status reports.
Collaborate with project teams, offering assistance and technical support.
Identify root causes of technical issues, partnering with management to implement solutions.
Prepare project reports, specifications, and design modifications for product improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures.
Project Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager, ideally within CNC machining processes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced MS Office skills.
Project Engineer Skills:
Strong teamwork, flexibility, problem-solving, and customer focus.
