Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for bilingual customers providing exceptional service via phone and email.
Handle inquiries related to accounts, payments, and insurance policies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage payments, reconcile accounts, and perform other essential bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them in resolving account issues and addressing any concerns.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a similar role, ideally within an insurance or financial services setting.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
