Must have experience supporting migrations (ideally a cloud migration to AWS)
Must be strong at coding in Python for scripting

Should have prior experience as JIRA or Atlassian Admin or Specialist
Interview Process
1st round - technical interview, followed by 30 minutes Final round in-person.
Reason for position
Providing centralized capabilities, centralized Jira platform/confluence/documentation. Need for migrating different teams to the platform.

Project Description
Jira from one cloud to a different cloud. Migration to the security team. From on prem to Azure cloud. Jira confluence (Saas) and on prem (data center). One instance in the cloud. Jira Migrations. Cloud to cloud migration & on prem to cloud migration.
Duties/Day to Day Overview

Working on platform
Receive requirement from product management
Get requests from end user. Expectation from end user - fix from the automation perspective.
Heavy hands-on-keyboard role

Job Description
Bachelor's degree in computer information science or related discipline
Enterprise level knowledge of Atlassian Cloud Suite and features
3-5 years of experience in the migration, administration, configuration, development, and support of Atlassian cloud products in and large-scale enterprise environment, which may include some or all the following
JIRA Software, add-ons, associated plug-ins, and extensions
Jira Service Management
Confluence
Compass
Atlas
Jira Align
Jira Product Discovery
Jira Automation
Experience with Rest APIs and integrations with Atlassian Cloud Products
Experience with Python
Experience in working with business stakeholders for user requirement collection, problem statement identification, and functional design and fit/gap analysis
Experience in software product development, implementation, and change management processes.
Experience in the Agile Methodology and mindset
Knowledge in ITSM processes supporting Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management
Must be highly motivated and able to work on multiple initiatives at the same time
Networking concepts, including firewalls, VPN, routing, load balancers, security and DNS
2+ years experience with containerization, specifically Kubernetes
