Job Description:

Summit Human Capital is seeking an End User Support Specialist to support one of our clients in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Requirements / Top Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems (creating, updating, and managing tickets)

Desired Skills:
  • Understanding of Workday or similar systems
  • Experience with change management or large-scale software implementations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
  • Staff a 2-person call center to answer Workday-related inquiries
  • Log caller information and issues into a ticketing system for action
  • Identify trends in questions to inform future troubleshooting efforts
  • Collaborate with the triage team to resolve tickets effectively
