Summit Human Capital is seeking an End User Support Specialist to support one of our clients in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
Requirements / Top Must-Have Skills:
Strong customer service skills
Experience in a call center environment
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems (creating, updating, and managing tickets)
Desired Skills:
Understanding of Workday or similar systems
Experience with change management or large-scale software implementations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Staff a 2-person call center to answer Workday-related inquiries
Log caller information and issues into a ticketing system for action
Identify trends in questions to inform future troubleshooting efforts
Collaborate with the triage team to resolve tickets effectively
