Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Overview
We are recruiting 30 temporary Customer Service Representatives for the Consumer Brands team. This role provides multi-channel customer support (inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and more) to ensure customer satisfaction while enhancing operations.

Pay Rate: $15-17/hr DOE
Training Duration: December 16, 2024 - January 11, 2025
Training Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Training Location:
Week 1: On-site in Mason, OH
Weeks 2-4: Virtual training (phone support & classroom sessions)
Post-Training Schedule
Operating Hours: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 7 days a week
Shifts: Assigned after training, including weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous customer service across multiple communication channels.
Resolve customer issues using department tools, resources, and partnerships with field teams.
Ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance policies, including confidentiality and professional standards.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
Ability to provide quality written correspondence and perform basic math.
Intermediate PC skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office, internet proficiency).
Strong English comprehension and grammar skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service (telephonic or in-person).
Familiarity with Retail store or field operations.
