As a Claims Administrator, you'll play a vital role in managing new claims, scheduling, file organization, and providing excellent customer service, all while contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment
What does our Claims Administrator do?
Greeting and welcoming visitors and direct them appropriately
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls in a professional manner
Accept new claims/assignments & set new jobs up
Dispatching/Scheduling
File Management
Update TPA websites and XactAnalysis platforms
Manage employees access to TPA platforms
Ensure familiarity with TPA guidelines, SLAs, and active programs
Maintain and improve TPA scorecards and resolve issues
Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
Process outgoing mail.
Maintain and order office/kitchen/cleaning supplies
Maintain office equipment
Maintain On-Call Schedule
What are the qualifications?
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years' experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist preferred
What is the shift?
First Shift Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm
On-call rotation- PTO time given each quarter for on-call
