Job Responsibilities
• Answer phones and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars
• Coordinate staff and companywide meetings
• Collate and distribute mail
• Prepare memos, emails, invoices, reports and correspondences
• Write and edit documents i.e., letters, reports and instructional documents
• Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Plan, schedule and take meeting minutes
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies
• Update and maintain company directory
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment i.e. printers and fax machines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Compensation is base salary based on experience
