Looking for an administrative assistant to help me in my office 15-20 hours a week, semi flexible hours, but ideally 9:00 am- 1:00 pm Monday-Friday. My office is a detached home office located in 91910.
The job duties include admin work such as filing, sending and replying to emails, scheduling appointments, sending reminders for appointments, help preparing for appointments, some excel, taking care of correspondence, processing payments, assisting me transition to a paperless office, to name some.
Here are some musts for the position:
Okay getting fingerprinted and doing a background check (at no cost to you)
Have a workers permit, will be paid through payroll as w2 employee
biliterate (English and Spanish) must be able to speak, read, and write in both
Comfortable with dogs & cats (we have both)
Must be tech savvy as you'll be working with computer, scanner, printer, etc.
