We are helping a wonderful family find a junior house manager/nanny manager for their team. There are currently 4 nannies on staff and 3 children. The most perfect candidate has been a nanny and/or has teacher experience in a high profile home. You have transitioned out of nannying and have proven leadership skills in a different role! You should be comfortable jumping in as a nanny if one of the nannies is out for the day or an extra set of hands are needed. You will be managing 4 nanny calendars, 3 children's calendars, working with a large staff, hands on mom and dad, creating weekly menu's for the children, planning educational activities, being the liaison between school and home, plus anything that comes up ad hoc!
