Position Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager in Land Development to oversee and manage the success of diverse land development projects across a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, and recreational developments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, leading a talented team of engineers and technical staff, and ensuring the highest standards of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a portfolio of land development projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project goals.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring profitability, cost control, and timely billing and collections.
Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships, conducting meetings, and ensuring client satisfaction. Ensure clear communication and regular updates to clients regarding project status and timelines.
Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff. Assign tasks, provide direction, and conduct performance reviews to promote professional growth.
Initiate and support business development activities, contributing to the firm's growth strategy and annual business development objectives.
Qualifications:
Professional Engineer (PE) License is required.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
7+ years of experience in land development, with a strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office Suite; experience with Deltek is a plus+.
Location: Fort Worth, Texas // on-site
Salary: Up to $125,000 + individual bonus + company bonus + benefits + 401k match
