This is a contract position for a Software Instructor. The Software Instructor will be responsible for delivering software training, developing educational materials, and providing technical support to all software users. Responsibilities will include the following:
Develop and deliver role-based training content for end users.
Design and maintain instructional materials.
Incorporate feedback and consult with subject matter experts to refine training materials.
Build, test, and support training environment and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with other trainers for co-facilitation and classroom instruction.
Prepare and present training lessons clearly and effectively.
Offer additional support to trainees and serve as an expert educator.
Manage application assignments, prioritize tasks, and adhere to timelines.
Qualifications
Must have CareTend software experience.
Willingness to take initiative to learn the business processes and how the application supports these processes.
Strong aptitude for learning new software applications.
Strong skills in training development, documentation, and classroom instruction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively with team members.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Open to travel within the United States.
Job Types: Full-time, 6+ Month Contract with opportunity to transition to FTE
