Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics General Manager at Paschall Logistics. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage logistics teams, ensure efficient transportation solutions, and uphold security practices. Responsibilities also include optimizing supply chain processes, managing budgets, and fostering strong client relationships.

Proven experience in logistics management, supply chain operations, and team leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven Sales/Hunting experience and success
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
Proficiency in logistics software and systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
