We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join our St. George office. This role involves working 15-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with varying shifts between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player who serves as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional greeting.

Responsibilities

  • Phone and Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism, ensuring messages are delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Mail and Correspondence Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail as needed.
  • Visitor Reception: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, vendors, and guests.
  • Custodian of Deposits: Oversee and manage custodian deposits, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
  • Client Recognition Initiatives: Organize and manage programs to recognize and celebrate client milestones, fostering strong relationships.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events, including office gatherings and client appreciation events.
  • Alternative Investment Reporting: Compile, maintain, and distribute accurate reports on alternative investments.
  • Office Errands: Perform various errands to support office operations, including supply runs and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
