We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This role is vital in maintaining efficient office operations and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Order & Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Vendor Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for equipment repairs and maintenance, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely service.
Mail Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and shipping.
Safety Coordination: Oversee workplace safety programs, conduct routine safety checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Event Planning: Organize company events such as holiday celebrations and birthday recognitions to promote employee engagement.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
HR experience is a plus, including support for onboarding and employee relations
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
