We are looking for a server to assist us in our newly renovated restaurant. As a Server, you play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience and ensuring the financial success of our hotel through service delivery of food and beverages.

What will I be doing?

As a Server at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Austin, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service and contributing to the financial success of the hotel. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly, warmly, and efficiently to guest requests, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our menu offerings, restaurant promotions, and specials, fostering an engaging dining experience for our guests.
• Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders, utilizing our point-of-sale system effectively.
• Retrieve and deliver orders promptly, ensuring timely service and satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Adhere strictly to all federal, state, local, and company regulations when serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your serving station, ensuring it is well-stocked at all times to facilitate seamless operations.
