About this Opportunity:

 Do you have an eye for great video & multimedia design and the skill to take it from concept through execution? Do you enjoy designing for the digital and physical world? Are you energized working on a variety of projects simultaneously and working at a brisk pace? We are looking for a Video/Multimedia Designer to create aesthetically pleasing and useful design across a variety of platforms, including video production, marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and content creation.

 As the Video/Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating product videos, education videos, appreciation and specialty videos and developing, executing, and maintaining the organization's digital marketing campaigns reflecting our Marketing and Brand Strategy. Key to this role is to work with Marketing and Product team to plan video/photography content & strategy.

 What Will You Do?

 ·         Develop innovative concepts for video projects that align with brand guidelines and storytelling

·         Video concept creation, setup, film production, editing, publishing and social media film production

·         Capture high-quality video footage using a range of equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices

·         Work with Marketing and Product team to plan video/photography content & strategy

·         Create product videos, education videos, appreciation and specialty videos

·         Research and document competitors, partners and customers branding styles, content & cadence

·         Create visually appealing motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content

·         Select and integrate suitable music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the viewer's experience

·         Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing and final delivery

·         Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video quality and storytelling techniques

·         Assist in coordinating and directing on-location shoots, including managing talent and sets

·         Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and presentations

·         Lead and assists in photo shoots, photo editing, and the development of photo content

·         Support the organization and management of Life-Assist’s YouTube Channel

·         Monthly company culture slides production

·         Updates to the internal website as needed

 Who Are You?

 ·         Bachelor’s degree in Video Production preferred, but not required, 3-5 years of education and experience producing and editing video would be considered

·         Proven experience as a Videographer/Multimedia Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of video projects

·         Advanced Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Creative Cloud and associated products

·         Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio techniques

·         Strong time management skills and the drive to complete projects

·         Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition

    • Must be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment

·         A strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency
