Players Club Representative 

Department: Marketing 

Classification: Key 

Exemption Status: Non-exempt 

Reports To: Players Club Supervisor   

Pay Grade: TBD 

Location:  All GLC Properties 

Position Summary — The Players Club Representative is responsible for the duties and functions of Grand Lake Casino's Players Club. 

Essential Functions — An individual in this role must be able to perform the following functions with or without reasonable accommodation. 


  • Provides exceptional customer service to all Casino patrons. 


  • Develops and maintains a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and staff. 


  • Listens to customer needs and ensures customer satisfaction while complying with Casino guidelines. 


  • Identifies, establishes and inspires enrollments to prospective Players Club members.  


  • Communicates properly with guests with reference to preparation of players club cards.  


  • Prepares new cards, replacement cards, and update information in the player tracking system for guests.  


  • Completes all required paperwork and forms in a precise, efficient and timely manner. 


  • Promotes & executes special events, promotions and services to guests. 


  • Encourages patrons’ participation in marketing efforts. 


  • Explains all games and promotions. 

Qualifications   


  • High school diploma or G.E.D., customer service experience, and basic computer skills required. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities  


  • Ability to multitask and work as part of the team and to promote a cooperative approach between departments. 


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 


  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Suite  and Adobe.   


  • Skilled in customer and guest services.  


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 


  • Skilled in problem solving and critical thinking. 

Other Requirements — Required to obtain and maintain a Seneca Cayuga tribal gaming license and a state issued I.D. All applicants must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening prior to beginning employment. Must be at least 18 years of age. 

Physical Requirements — Position requires the ability to twist, stoop, bend, use extensive and repetitive hand movements, and lift up to 35 lbs. It requires the ability to stand for extended periods and input data, may require sitting or standing for entire shifts. 

Work Environment — Grand Lake Casino is a drug and alcohol-free workplace; Must be able to work in a casino environment which includes high levels of smoke, dust, noise, and bright flashing lights. 

Special Working Conditions — Position requires flexibility to work any shift including weekends and holidays.
