In this Hybrid Systemic Family/ Outpatient Therapist Opportunity at Nystrom & Associates, you'll be able to work with both our CTSS (Children's Therapeutic Support Services) Community Based program and our outpatient center located in Baxter, MN. In this role, the candidate will get the best of both worlds where they can obtain outpatient clinic experience as well as have the opportunity to implement high-quality, culturally-sensitive mental health services to high risk youth and their families in the comfort of their homes. This schedule will be divided into mornings in the outpatient clinic and afternoons or evenings in the homes of our Systemic Family clientele a few nights a week.

In this role for the Systemic Family Therapist (SFT) portion, you'll have the opportunity to:

Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to children, adolescents and their families in the home
Assist children, adolescents and their families in identifying goals for functional improvement and work with them to meet their goals
Complete diagnostic assessments and design and implement treatment/intervention reflective of the child's, adolescent's and families' needs
Attend weekly consults with NAL SFT Team (colleagues, SFT consults, and SFT coordinator)
Attend monthly meetings with countries statewide to coordinate SFT services
Provide weekly reports to the county regarding client/family's needs/progress/regression
Collaborate with social workers/case manager, doctor, probation officers, Mental health provider, teachers, and other collaterals to monitor the well-being and safety of client/families
Engage in the CIBS (Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services) model

In this role for the Outpatient Therapist (OP) portion, you'll have the opportunity to:

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
Provide high-quality individual therapy
Develop and implement effective treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and organized electronic health records
