The Advisor Enterprise Portfolio Management plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide demand management and governance initiatives. This position collaborates closely with stakeholders to facilitate demand triage and governance forums, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and prioritization of initiatives. The Advisor provides expert guidance in influencing strategic business decisions, conducting prioritization discussions, and managing day-to-day oversight of demand management processes. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of technical and business processes across the enterprise.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Demand Requestors/Initiative Owners, Enterprise Strategic Program Managers, Domain leads, Portfolio leads, Architecture teams, and Executive Leadership to facilitate value-based decision making and ensure alignment and prioritization of demand.
Demand Governance Oversight: Independently manage day-to-day oversight of demand triage and governance forums, preparing and delivering content to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Support and Communication: Provide ongoing support to stakeholders across Portfolios and Domains, ensuring clear communication of initiative statuses and timely escalation of risks and issues to executive leadership.
Initiative Tracking and Reporting: Update, track, and communicate the status of initiatives throughout the demand lifecycle, monitoring release milestones and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Influence and Facilitation: Influence business decisions using analytical insights and facilitate workshops, meetings, and ceremonies to enhance collaboration, mitigate risks, and ensure effective information flow across stakeholders.
Standardization and Execution: Drive the consistent use of operating model standards and tooling to ensure efficient execution and delivery of business value.
Action-Oriented Approach: Maintain a proactive preference for action over inaction, leveraging analytical skills to make informed decisions in complex and data-constrained environments.

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of experience in portfolio and/or program management in a business environment, with a track record of managing projects and programs effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of portfolio management processes, tooling, and governance frameworks.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience collaborating with executive leadership and demonstrating strong executive presence.
Ability to drive transformational change initiatives.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex information.
Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, Actual starting pay is determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location, and other job-related factors. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement plans, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: US pay range: $7,094.23 - $12,533.14 monthly
