Job Description:

If you enjoy paying attention to detail, keeping busy during work, and thrive on the challenge of meeting a production rate, then you may be interested in working as a Returns Analyzer. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing returned merchandise. You will compare merchandise to established criteria and judge the item according to Lands' End quality standards. You will be responsible for the inspection, preparation, and determining the disposition of all returned merchandise. 


Enjoy flexible scheduling options while working a minimum of three shifts per week. This is a 1st Shift opportunity with hours of either 6:00am to 2:00pm or 6:30am - 2:30pm   


Wage: $17/hr


Responsibilities:


Work productively with minimal supervision.
Ensure attention to accuracy and detail.
Make decisions independently
Possess and maintain knowledge which is used repetitively throughout the job.
Maintain flexibility under changing circumstances and respond quickly to new training initiatives.


Qualifications:


Alternating sitting and standing for 8-10 hours
Frequent eye/hand coordination
Ability to push up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
Repeated wrist flexion/extension, fine finger manipulation, reaching out to side, flexion/extension of neck, and recurrent reaching above, at, and below shoulder level
