Team Dynamic: Joining an Agile team that is in place - scrum master, BA, testing team. ~10-13 people.



Roles and Responsibilities: (Genesys Cloud Developer)



1. Responsible for development, configuration, and implementation of Genesys Cloud IVR call flows (including skills & queues), email flows, routing rules, data tables and API interactions.


2. Will work in tandem with the full Agile crew to understand requirements, document stories in Jira and contribute to technical documentation.


3. Must have leadership skills to help drive decision making and provide thought leadership and direction.


4. This crew supports TMG which is the specific Treasury Mgmt. division within the overall CLIENT Genesys Cloud instance.



Must Have Technical Skills:

Demonstrated Leadership Skills - experience driving decision making and providing thought leadership and direction



Flex Skills/Nice to Have:



JIRA


Familiarity with Java, reading or writing code.
