The Program Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting our customer at Ft. Meade, MD. The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience serving as a staff officer on a senior-level staff, with a strong background in cyber operations and information technology. This role requires an individual who is adept at analyzing complex data, developing strategic recommendations, and providing expert guidance on program-related issues.
Responsibilities
Serve as an advisor and analyst on cyber operations and information technology initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of program performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
Develop and present detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government officials, technical teams, and other contractors, to ensure seamless integration of cyber and IT solutions.
Monitor and evaluate program metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with contractual requirements.
Assist in the development and execution of program strategies, policies, and procedures.
Provide guidance on cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.
Support the planning and coordination of operational activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulatory standards.
Facilitate the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
TS/SCI with CI Poly
5 to 10+ years serving as a staff officer or similar in a senior-level staff in a defense or intelligence environment.
Strong understanding of cyber operations and information technology, with a deep understanding of current threats and defensive measures.
Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic recommendations, and communicate findings effectively to senior leaders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with project management and familiarity with relevant software and tools.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are preferred.
