Responsibilities:
- Managerial Leadership: Coordinate with program and department managers, design teams, and construction managers.
- Technical Leadership: Conduct preliminary systems assessments, develop project strategies, and oversee implementation.
- Business Development: Drive clean energy projects in the region.
- Team Growth: Recruit and mentor mechanical, electrical, and energy engineering professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
- PE license preferred.
- Expertise in multiple technical areas.
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience with AutoCAD/Revit is a plus.
