The College of Business at Lehigh University is seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our dynamic team as the Director of Graduate Student Affairs (Position Number: S77160). This pivotal role will shape the future of our graduate programs, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the student experience.

As the Graduate Programs Data and Information Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and operations of the Graduate Programs Office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing data systems and handling admissions processes
• Supporting Ph.D. graduation workflows and maintaining academic schedules
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards
• Overseeing the administration and operations of the Graduate Programs Office

To thrive in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
• Three to five years of related work experience
• Exceptional multitasking and time-management abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $65,290-$79,430. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community.
