The Project Analyst I will contribute to the success of Digital projects as an individual contributor and as part of larger project teams. Work assignments may include specific project tasks, project-related activities, and small, independent projects.
Position Summary:
The project analyst for Solutions Delivery, Planning and Operations team is an analyst position that will have broad operational, project, and portfolio management responsibilities. This position reports into the Director of Operations, Solutions Delivery. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Care Team Experience Projects & Portfolio Management Support (in support of 400+ project portfolio)
Work with the Care Team Experience portfolio team to keep the portfolio updated, ensure accuracy, assist with portfolio report outs and planning efforts.
Assigned to project managers to support projects by working collaboratively with project stakeholders, assisting with project plans, and completing project tasks as assigned.
Solutions Delivery Team Operations Activities (in support of 600+ employee team)
• Assist the team with operational tasks as assigned. Tasks include content management, supporting team processes, DL management, assisting with team meetings and event planning, etc.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with project stakeholders, supporting team members in fulfilling project plans and completing project tasks
Collects and accurately documents project status, issues, and risks
• Recognizes, communicates, and escalates concerns relevant to project deliverables and/or timeline in a timely manner
• Assists in gathering necessary information for program scope change requests
• Schedules and assists with facilitating project meetings, including creating agendas, minutes and capturing key action items.
• Facilitates communication activities within and across teams
• Works closely with other team members to write and disseminate project documents, action plans, progress reports and presentations
• Assists with creation and maintenance of key team artifacts including timelines and other project templates
• Maintains tools used to track content for key project meetings
• Assists with creating communication and other project-related materials, such as slide decks, as required, to launch and implement new processes and innovative ideas aimed at improving efficiency and scalability of services offered by the team
• Presents ideas, concepts, policies, programs, data, and research to the team to obtain feedback and gain consensus
• Participates in project intake and scope activities as needed
• Acts as a support to other team members to address questions throughout implementation phase

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• This position requires occasional local travel to MGB sites, vendors, and/or conferences
• Hospital work environment working conditions include possible exposure to diseases or infections and may require safety gear (PPE) such as gloves and mask.
• Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; talk; or hear; use hands to finger; handle; or feel; reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop; kneel; or crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
