Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring for an Order Filler in Inglewood CA.

As a an Order Filler, you will:

• Based on a prioritized system and within established picking processes, pick correct items and correct quantities of each item on an order to fulfill request, verifying for accuracy.
• This process also involves the pushing/pulling of box(es) to next area on conveyor line until all items are picked, identifying any back orders as appropriate
• Pack the completed order according to the established procedures into the most efficient shipping carton (sometimes consolidating multiple boxes as necessary), checking order for accuracy.
• This step also involves the assembly of flat cartons into shipping boxes using appropriate closing method (i.e. tape machine)
• Use computer system to confirm order, print correct packing slip/invoice and seal shipper as per protocols and identify appropriate carrier for shipments.
• Work with warehouse team to identify items that are low in inventory to allow or timely replenishment and minimize back orders.
• Control inventory levels and minimize out of stocks/back orders by conducting cycle and/or complete physical counts as requested.
• Actively observe and follow all safety standards and protocols at all times.
• Maintain all work areas clean and orderly at all times.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to meet company goals

• Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Team Player- hard worker.
• Must be covid vaccinated.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift & Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
