How will you make an impact?
As a Process Engineer III, you will drive efficiency and quality improvements in manufacturing and assembly/molding processes. Your technical expertise will be critical in optimizing production methods, troubleshooting issues, and implementing innovative solutions to meet quality and operational goals.

What will you do?


  • Develop and implement production and processing methods to meet quality standards efficiently for new and existing assembly/molding processes.

  • Establish and maintain process controls, ensuring proper documentation is completed and updated.

  • Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving quality-related problems.

  • Oversee the introduction of new product lines, including process development, performance evaluation, and tooling design review.

  • Debug complex problems in new systems, tooling, and automation components.

  • Conduct experiments to optimize processes, improve yields, and enhance cycle times and setup efficiency.

  • Propose and implement process improvements or repair alterations, ensuring proper documentation of changes.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety programs and initiatives.

  • Provide guidance to assembly and material handling teams as needed.

  • Support all company safety and quality initiatives.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.

How will you get here?

Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Or relevant experience in injection molding

Experience:

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar technical field.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:


  • Strong proficiency in personal computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with assembly/molding processes and quality assurance principles.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex technical scenarios.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities to track process changes and improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Hands-on experience with tooling and automation in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proven ability to manage process control and implement innovative solutions.
