Job Description:

MAINTENANCE WORKER

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance worker to join our team in our Florence, NJ Facility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General knowledge of office and warehouse repairs.
• knowledge of Electrical 120v to 460v.
• General knowledge of plumbing.
• Interior and exterior painting.
• Performs minor and major repairs of all buildings and equipment.
• General knowledge of Carpentry.
• During inclement weather maintains the interior/ exterior of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-5 year relative work experience
• A valid driver’s license must meet our insurance guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, courteous, and a team player with ability to take direction and criticism
• Must be willing to work weekends

WORK SCHEDULE:

Early mornings starting as early as 5am to 3pm must be able to work afternoons and long hours if necessary.
