Overview
Overview: The Data and Platform Solutions group is a specialized team within the agency that helps to deliver better marketing decisions using data and apply expertise in how audience data can help impact a client's business. Working closely with the media planning and strategy teams, the DPS team leverages data and AdTech expertise to drive digital marketing effectiveness for both our clients and internal teams.
We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate and experienced individual to join our media agency to act as a critical liaison across our client, internal teams and our media and data partners. The Director of Data Projects & Integration will specifically be responsible for overseeing the documentation and communication between necessary parties as it relates to data usage, particularly in relation to media partners, platforms, and audience/targeting data. This role will report up through the Data and Platform Solutions group, within Data & Analytics, but act as a critical liaison to the Investment team to ensure a consistent level of education and adherence, where necessary. This cross functional role requires clear communication & collaboration from both internal (Investment, Analytics, Media Operations & Strategy teams) and externa/client stakeholders (client Analytics, Media Operations, & Media teams).
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our media & data partners, working with internal teams regarding data usage and activation initiatives
Create detailed project roadmaps, set milestones, and communicate effectively across both client and internal teams to ensure project completion & delivery
Work closely with data & analytics, media planning and strategy teams to ensure initiatives support overall client goals
Organize and lead meetings to align stakeholders on project goals, progress and next steps
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines and quality standards
Document & implement data policies and procedures in alignment with client requirements and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track alignment/agreement from data/media partners
Conduct regular audits and assessments and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Media, Advertising, Data Operations, Project Management)
5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced client and/or agency environment
Ability to translate technical concepts to internal/external teams
Solid track record of successfully managing multiple projects at a time from start to completion
Familiar with media and analytics strategy and processes, across all media formats - ability to read scope documents and client briefs and suss out the key details necessary for success project implementation
Provides execution strategy thought leadership & establishes trust as a client partner and a leader for internal teams
Professional presentation, training and client facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conjunction with workflow steps and internal processes
Impeccable attention to detail and follow up skills
Experience managing/working with a project management tools such as Smartsheet or Asana is a plus

Compensation Range: $130,000 - $165,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
