RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is immediately adding a full-time HR Generalist in support of our industry leading technology development client in Frisco, TX. Our client is seeking candidates who are driven to make positive changes to the way people live and work by creating breakthrough technology solutions.

Summary:
In this "high touch" role as a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for helping People Leaders, Director and below with their People Responsibilities. Your primary focus will be to assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders with their Workforce Plans. You will process Workforce Reductions and be a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle from selection to offboarding. You may also handle escalations as needed. You will coach People Leaders with difficult or complex conversations. You will work closely with our legal department to ensure risk mitigation. You will support our HR Business Partners so they can focus on Strategic Planning and development of Talent within their organization.

Finally, it is expected at your level of expertise and business background that you will recommend process improvements and simplification that supports the optimization of the program. You will engage and work alongside different HR, Workforce Solutions, and COE organizations to ensure dependencies with internal HR Projects and Programs are identified and incorporated appropriately.




REQUIREMENTS:



  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience

  • Typically, 5-7 years of experience working as an HR Generalist or Employee Relations Consultant






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
