RESPONSIBILITIES:
Summary:
As a Pega Business Analyst, you will be an expert with facilitating meetings to gather requirements that support the business process transformation, in collaboration with business/IT stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to satisfy the needs of both the client organization and the customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA or BS degree
- Certified Pega Business Architect, LBA preferred
- Experience with BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) and delivering business process flows, use cases and other deliverables
- Experience developing and presenting BA materials to different audiences (i.e. technical stakeholders, business stakeholders, other)
- Experience conducting business research/interviews in support of business capabilities/features
- Experience with the design and implementation of enterprise-level applications and application platforms
- Experience with the design of complex IT solutions involving multiple software applications, processing platforms, and integration software
- Experience with delivering solutions using Agile best practices
- Experience with EA modeling and visualization tools, including Visio, Tableau, and PowerPoint
- Experience in working with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
- Experience with leading projects, tasks, or teams
- Experience with designing, configuring, and building processes in Pega, including shared frameworks
- Knowledge and application of Pega Agile Studio
- Knowledge of out of box functionality and Pega implementation best practices
- Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
