Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL that is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud technologies, software deployment and automation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our automation, development, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate testing and deployment processes


• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Perform break/fix analysis and debugging across various programming languages to resolve issues promptly; Collaborate with development teams to identify and address performance bottlenecks


• Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications; Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference

REQUIREMENTS:

• Deep understanding of GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows


• Good AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS/ECR) skills


• Strong debugging skills in any programming language (e.g., Python, Java, NodeJS)


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset


• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
